Purac, a subsidiary of CSM has entered into an agreement to acquire BIRD Engineering B.V. on March 6^th 2013. The acquisition will include the intellectual property and 7 key employees of BIRD Engineering. BIRD Recruitment, a division of BIRD Engineering B.V. will not be part of the acquisition. All Contract Research (CRO) activities will be ended.
